- Listen to the goals and objectives of clients, provide clear, experienced, ethical advice, and complete all appropriate legal documentation to achieve client objectives
- Complete last wills and testaments
- Develop and complete a variety of living trusts and irrevocable trusts
- Prepare financial and medical powers of attorney
- Follow up work to fund trusts, address beneficiary designations, and address specific real and personal and property matters
